On October 11, St. George Medical Clinic broke ground on a new clinic located in Canaan Valley. The new clinic will be located at 6368 Appalachian Highway in Davis, next to Landis Realty and Sirianni’s Café.

“We are excited to be breaking ground on our new Canaan Valley facility,” said Paul Wamsley, St. George Medical Clinic CEO. “The new facility will allow us to provide our renowned quality patient service to the Canaan Valley-area. It will also provide us an opportunity to provide the residents of Canaan Valley a welcoming environment that offers patient-focused treatment.”

The new Canaan Valley clinic, which is set to open in early 2022, will be the first of its kind for the area. The clinic will provide patients access to routine and preventive health care, immunizations, behavioral health services, X-Ray and radiology, cancer screenings, phlebotomy services and pharmacy services (340b). Patients will also have access to a drive-thru pharmacy located at the clinic.

The Canaan Valley clinic will offer patients access to dental, physical therapy, and optometry services at a future date.
